25% deposit is required at time of booking. If cancelled more than 30 days prior we keep 10%. If you cancel less than 30 days prior your deposit will be forfeited.
Credit card information is held in the event of damage unless you have private travelers insurance.

Master Suite: one queen bed with on-suite bathroom, includes Jacuzzi bathtub, shower and double sinks
Tin Room: one queen bed and one twin bed
Tree Room: two twin beds
Dean’s Room: one full bed with on-suite bathroom/shower
Main Floor Bedroom: one queen bed and one full bed
Lower Unit (Sleeps 6 people)
River-Rock Bedroom: one queen bed
Sweet Dreams Room: one queen bed
Sleeper Sofa: 2 Full

Pets are not allowed.
You can bring your own food or we can help you arrange catering upon request. You can also eat at a number of wonderful restaurants in Walker just three miles away or purchase supplies at our local grocery store. A list of local vendors can be provided to you upon request. There is a kitchen on the main floor and the lower unit. Both are stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you will need.
Enjoy the deck facing the lake or pull up a chair and enjoy the views at one of the three lakes on property. Bliss House is only 200 ft away from Third Lake with a brand new dock. We have gas and charcoal grills, a large swing set, basketball, pickle ball, ladder golf, bean bag toss, fire pits, and miles of trails for nature walks, hiking and cross country skiing for your enjoyment. Canoe, paddle boat, kayaks, paddle boards, and aluminum boat (no motor) are free to use. The boat launch is less than a ½ mile from our back entrance on Long Lake.
