Pricing and Information: 

What is a Yurt? A cross between a tent and a cabin, it’s an entirely fresh way to experience nature without the work, all are fully furnished!  Each Yurt is tucked away in an alcove on 48 acres of ancient pine forest.  You wake up to the calls of loons, beautiful sunsets from our three scenic lakes, to drifting asleep under the stars.  Each Yurt has a queen bed, a night stand and chair.  This is “glamping” – without the work!

Pricing: Each yurt sleeps up to 2 people.
Pricing based per night for up to 2 people.

Peak Season: Minimum 1 night stay
June 1 – October 31 (weather permitting)
Nightly Rental – $65.00 (2018) – $70.00 (2019)

Off Peak Season: Yurts are unavailable 

Check in time is 4:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am

Pets are not allowed.

25% deposit is required at time of booking. If cancelled more than 30 days prior we keep 10%. If you cancel less than 30 days prior your deposit will be forfeited.
Credit card information is held in the event of damage unless you have private travelers insurance.

Food: 

You can bring your own food, eat at a number of quaint restaurants in Walker, just three miles away or purchase supplies at the local grocery store. Our enclosed outdoor kitchen includes refrigerator, oven, microwave, pizza oven. There is a convenient water line attached to the kitchen.

Outdoor Recreation:

The Yurts are scattered throughout the property, some just steps away from one of our three lakes.  Pull up a chair by your outdoor fire pit and enjoy the tranquil views. We have gas, charcoal grills, a large swing set, basketball court, many outdoor activities, you can enjoy nature walks, hiking and cross country skiing. Canoe, paddle boat, kayaks, paddle boards are free to use. The boat launch is less than ½ mile from our back entrance on Long Lake.

Yurt #7 (R&R) is accessible. 

Site #1: “Danworthy Point” – 16’ yurt is furnished with queen bed, bedside table along with small outdoor table & two chairs. This site is very remote and private – it’s approximately a two mile walk from the Lodge. It overlooks Third Lake and can be reached by a hiking path. Serene and quiet with an excellent sunrise view, one can hear their heart beat as they reconnect with nature.  There is a fire pit at this site. No water or electricity.

Site #2:  “Blissview” – 12′ yurt is furnished with queen bed, bedside table along with small outdoor table & two chairs. This site is remote and private, can be reached by a hiking path. It overlooks Third Lake with breathtaking sunrise views for panoramic memories.  There is a fire pit at this site.  No water or electricity.

Site #5:  “Ruff’n‘it” – 14′ yurt is furnished with queen bed, bedside table along with small outdoor table & two chairs. Conveniently located between Lodge and Bliss house, you have access to water, electricity along with a charcoal grill. It is close to Long Lake docks. Fire pit at site with enclosed outdoor kitchen close by for your use.

 

Site #6:  “The Glamper” – 12′ yurt is furnished with queen bed, bedside table along with small outdoor table & two chairs. It is located between the Lodge and Bliss House. You have access to water, electricity with a charcoal grill at the site. It’s close to Long Lake docks. Fire pit at site with enclosed outdoor kitchen close by for your use.

 

Site #7:  “R&R” – Features an accessible ramp.  16′ yurt is furnished with queen bed, bedside table along with small outdoor table & two chairs.  Conveniently located between Lodge and Bliss house, you have access to water, electricity  along with charcoal grill at the site. It’s close to Long Lake docks. Fire pit at site with enclosed outdoor kitchen close by for your use.
